Uit het dagboek van Everybody...

‘I think today is a unique day, we will find out how the car looks from underneath.’

Nee, het is geen tekst uit een vage film, maar uit het dagboek van Sander Kleinenberg. De dj is op tournee met Lee Burridge en hield een dagboek bij. Bij wijze van spreken natuurlijk.

De twee komen met hun Everybody! On Tour ook naar Nederland. Op 4 november staan ze in Panama. Het feest is meteen de ‘official release party’ van de nieuwe Everybody –cd. In de bijzaal staat de succesvolle formatie Kraak & Smaak (of zoals ze in het buitenland zeggen: Crack & Smeck).

Om alvast in de stemming te komen, geven we je nog wat tekst uit het tourdagboek…

Monday 15-09 - 5:04 pm: Where are we? Look on the map, Sander says. The map, but the streets have no names, the villages have no names, we could say the map overtook reality. Ask her, she looks unreal enough to know.....

Monday 22-09 - 9:54 am:I think today is a unique day, we will find out how the car looks from underneath. Luckily I’m driving together with Lee who has his master degree in engineering. Or do I? Is that a tune sandwich?

Tuesday 6-10 – 7:34 am:22 Bottles of cheap champagne on the wall.......... 22 bottles of cheap champagne.....Open one up and pass around.....21 Bottles of cheap champagne on the wall.....Lee, do you think I’m pretty?
