Balance 011

De Canadese dj en producer Luke Fair is gekozen om de nieuwe Balance samen te stellen en te mixen. Hij treedt daarmee in de voetsporen van onder meer Paolo Mojo, James Holden en Jimmy van M.

Balance is een serie compilaties die wereldwijd hoog aanzien geniet en waar het label EQ Recordings al gerenommeerde dj’s mee aan zich heeft weten te binden. Balance 011 is alweer het nieuwe deel, dat voor de rekening komt van Luke Fair. De dj heeft gekozen voor funky, tech-eclectic en dubbed-out house, een behoorlijk eigen stijl. Hij heeft zelf edits gemaakt van veel tracks. "The mood of this mix will capture the sound of an entire night at a club, a full set from open to close. Every track will be heavily edited to personalize the mix a bit more, with lots of layering to make the whole thing as colorful as possible," aldus Luke over zijn nieuwe compilatie.
