Het volgende bericht heeft ons bereikt:

On Tuesday the 18th of June, the organisation of Amsterdam Alive! has decided to cancel the festival this Saturday. They have been talking to all organisations involved and this could be the only solution at this moment. Next Productions state officially 'that due to politics and burocracy from the municipality, they could not guarantee the complete innovative concept of Amsterdam Alive! this Saturday, June 22nd'. The event will probably take place on an other date, which will be announced soon. For those who bought their tickets in advance, there will be a cash refund or a new ticket for the new date. Tickets will be refunded or changed at the address they were bought. All prize winners and guests can send an e-mail to presale@nextproductions.nl for a new ticket when the event gets rescheduled. The Alive Kick Off and afterparty at the Moby King boat have been cancelled as well. Next Productions would like to thank all organisations that helped to keep the spirit Alive! They hope they can return on a new date soon. Stay Alive! Xpander wishes Next Productions all the best in making the right decision for the future of Amsterdam Alive! (19/06/02)

Xpander melde ons nog het volgende;
