Back again with Takeover. This time with an extra special edition and a killer line up. This time we bring in Freddie Glitch. Taking up influences from Chicago via Detroit, London, Berlin and San Fransisco and with a broad knowledge of deep house, jazz, funk, soul and disco that goes way beyond his years, he managed to get close links and residencies at the Deep House Amsterdam movement as well as at the famous online magazine Overdose.am. His beats got support from names like Pete Tong, Shadow Child, Alle Farben, Waze & Odyssey, Nachtbraker, Jamie Trench and many others. Jack Stereo an Amsterdam based DJ / Producer / Remixer that got influenced by the Detroit Techno and Chicaco House Sound at an early age but really got hooked on House music when he moved to Amsterdam where Dance Music was ruling the clubsscene. From a very young age he decided that house-music was his future and soon he started spinning records at the age of sixteen behind his first set of decks. BauHaus: Deeply inspired by artists such as Frankie Knuckles, Ron Hardy and Danny Tenaglia, Bauhaus his style is best described as a mix of hard thumping house with lifting kicks, raw bass lines and funky tech house. Recognisable, uplifting and hard-hitting; Bauhaus is in it for the long run.
