Club Manager gezocht in Vilnius, Litouwen

Start-up musical/night club seeking to become the leading
establishment of the kind in Lithuania, is looking for
applicants to fill the position of general manager.
You would be based in Vilnius on the basis of
1-2 years contract (negotiable).

You would :

- Be accountable for overall business operations
- Guide and train local staff in becoming international-level
professionals
- Develop general art strategy and supervise art-director in
implementation of this strategy
- Take the leading role in promoting the club abroad

You should

- be 23-33 years old
- be very fluent in English; Russian will be a big asset
- be strongly motivated individual, self-starter,
eager to build new brand name
- have experience in running the business (not
necessarily in music industry)
- have good connections in European musical community
and, ideally, experience in booking live-performance
artists and dj's
