Fitnessen met dance

Ministry of Sound heeft net een album uitgebracht met tracks voor tijdens het fitnessen.

Wil je net voor het strandseizoen losbarst nog even goed in vorm komen met coole muziek, dan is hier je kans. Mits het nog zomerweer wordt in Nederland natuurlijk. Voor de winter kan ook, want daar is dit eigenlijk voor bedoeld. Het house label Ministry Of Sound heeft recent een compilatie op de markt gebracht met tracks die naar hun inzicht uitermate geschikt zijn om op te fitnessen en om aerobics op te doen: Running Trax Winter 2011. Het album bestaat uit drie cd's, die draaien om verschillende work-out tempo's: jog, run en sprint. Iedere disc heeft ook een warm-up track, voordat de vaart erin gezet wordt. Ook heeft iedere cd weer een cooling down periode. Hieronder vind je de tracklist.
